MaxCloudBox – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the MaxCloudBox.com website and services. By registering for, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use MaxCloudBox.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MaxCloudBox. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Provided

MaxCloudBox provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Torrent downloading and management
  • Secure cloud storage
  • File management
  • Media streaming and playback

Service features may evolve or change over time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. MaxCloudBox is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

If you register or sign in using a third-party login (e.g., Google, Microsoft), you must comply with the authentication provider’s Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use

When using MaxCloudBox, you agree not to:

  • Upload or share illegal or infringing material.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or engage in any harmful activity.
  • Abuse the platform or disrupt performance for others.
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures or service limitations.

Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated to maintain platform integrity.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

6. Storage and Fair Use

All plans include specified storage limits. To ensure fair use and stable performance, MaxCloudBox reserves the right to limit excessive usage.

7. External Services and Integrations

Users may connect to external platforms such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or WebDAV. By doing so, you agree to comply with their respective Terms of Service and API policies.

  • MaxCloudBox does not store your third-party passwords.
  • All authentication is handled securely through OAuth.
  • We are not responsible for third-party downtime or policy changes.

8. Payments and Billing

All services are prepaid. You authorize MaxCloudBox to process payments via credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or other approved methods. Applicable taxes or fees are your responsibility.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable. However, in rare cases where core services (torrent downloading, storage, file management, and streaming) are unavailable for more than five (5) consecutive days, MaxCloudBox may issue a credit or partial refund at its discretion.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact [email protected] within 7 days. We will review and resolve it quickly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension until the issue is resolved. We may submit proof of your agreement to these Terms to our payment processors if necessary.

11. Copyright, Abuse, and DMCA Policy

MaxCloudBox respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Users are required to upload only content they have rights to distribute.

If you are a copyright owner and believe content on MaxCloudBox infringes your rights, please notify us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your contact information and proof of ownership.
  • The specific URL(s) of the infringing content.
  • A good-faith statement that the content is used without authorization.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the reported content and notify the account owner. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination.

12. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the removed content and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error or misidentification.
  • Your contact details and consent to applicable jurisdiction.

We will review all counter-notifications and may reinstate content if appropriate.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only essential information to operate and improve our services. OAuth tokens are securely stored and never shared.

14. Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption and firewalls. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and you agree to use MaxCloudBox at your own risk.

15. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, and service features are owned by MaxCloudBox and protected under applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without consent.

16. Limitation of Liability

MaxCloudBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MaxCloudBox from any claim arising out of your use or misuse of the platform.

18. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
